Summary:
Seeking a Production Superintendent to oversee production operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and maintain customer relations in the automotive seating manufacturing sector.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee safe and efficient operation of the production department.
Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel issues and disciplinary actions.
Maintain excellent relationship with customer staff to ensure timely delivery and address quality issues.
Utilize ASRS user screens and code identification effectively.
Uphold Magna Employee Charter principles and support Corporate Constitution.
Accountable for Employee Opinion Survey results.
Ensure a hazard-free environment and enforce safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Review accident reports promptly and rectify unsafe conditions or acts.
Actively participate in plant safety programs including inspections, talks, and goal achievement.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with minimum three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education/experience combination required.
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software applications.
Knowledge of JIT communication devices and MRP systems essential.
Pay Details:
$20.
00 to $45.
